1 A Device is classified as one desktop/laptop computer, one mobile device (phone or tablet), one printer, or one unmanaged router/switch/modem. All devices must be registered with Trillium IT prior to being supported, and will have a service tag affixed to it with a unique ID number which is used to identitfy the device during Over the Phone and On Site Support.

2 Over the Phone Support that is included in the help desk support packages can only be performed on devices that are registered under the help desk support plan. If additional hours of Over the Phone support are requested, they will be billed at a rate of $70/hour for registered devices, or $85/hour for unregistered devices.

3 On-Site Support that is included in the help desk support packages can only be performed on devices that are registered under the help desk support plan. Site Visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If additional hours of on site support are requested, they will be billed at a rate of $85/hour for registered devices, or $100/hour for unregistered devices.

* Available for qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations only. All services will be billed at their full rates. Up to 20% of the total due can be deducted as an in-kind donation (with receipt from organization).
